• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, regardless of how your order was placed (by phone, email, or through our online order form) 

• Once processed, please allow up to one week for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination 

• Large, fragile, or oversized items may require special freight shipping. We will contact you directly with a quote before processing 

• Furniture items are available for in-store pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our inventory, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. 

However, 

• If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery 

• Please provide clear photos of the item and its packaging

• If damage is confirmed, we will offer a refund or a store credit
